1. Commission
The shipper's written entrusting needs to indicate the container transportation, the shippingstation and the country of shipment and the arrival station, the name and quantity of the goods,the estimated transportation time, the name and contact information of the consignee.
2. Transport documents
Shipper to provide in writing: transport power of attorney, customs declaration power of attorney.inspection power of attorney, customs declaration, inspection, contract, packing list, invoice, etc.
3.Customs declaration
After the shipper has prepared the above documents, our company will arrange customsdeclaration.
4. Start the train
According to the transportation plan arrangement notice, the goods declared in the local deliveryshall be the customs declaration form, contract, packing list, invoice, customs seal and otherdocuments together with the vehicle to the port. The customs declaration at the port needs tocontract, packing list, invoice, customs declaration, commodity inspection certificate and otherdocuments express to our designated agent at the port.
5. Port handover
After the arrival of the goods at the port, it is necessary to go through the formalities of customstransfer and reloading. After the goods are transferred to the foreign truck for shipment, ourcompany will inform the consignor of the information such as the time of reloading and thenumber of the reloading vehicle.
6. Pay the fee
The customer will settle the relevant charges with our company.
